前臂桡侧游离皮瓣移植舌重建术的围手术期护理

目的：探讨前臂桡侧游离皮瓣移植舌重建术的围手术期护理。方法：术前对患进行心理评估和干预，解除其思想顾虑，做好各种术前准备；术后密切观察病情，保持呼吸道通畅，加强对重建舌体血循环，负压引流和疼痛的观察与护理，预防切口感染及肺部并发症，尽量早期从口腔营养支持，重视重建舌体成活后语言、吞咽功能训练和出院指导。结果：15例患手术切口均为甲级愈合，语言、吞咽功能恢复正常，无任何护理并发痘。结论：做好前臂桡侧游离皮瓣移植舌重建术的围手术期护理，对帮助患适应新生活，改善生活质量有重要意义。

Petioperative nursing about tongue reconstruction by transplantation of forearm radial pedicled scalp

Objective:To discuss about perioperative nursing for tongue reconstruction by forearm pedicled scalp.Method:Before operation,psychological evaluation and intervention can make patients take easy;Observation should be taken for blood circulation of reconistructed torge,negative pressure drainage,pain,airway and soon,prevented from oral and pulmorary infection,language exercise,swelling function and related instruction.Result:15 cases all acquire healing of degree A,normal language and swelling function.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing can help patients to a dapt new life,improve their living quality.
