| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师在合理使用抗生素治疗老年肺部感染中的作用。方法：就老年肺部感染的临床特征与病原菌特点以及抗生素治疗的合理选择，阐述临床药师在合理使用抗生素治疗老年肺部感染中应发挥的积极作用。结果：临床药师参与老年肺部感染治疗，取得明显疗效。结论：临床药师在合理使用抗生素治疗老年肺部感染中，对减少细菌耐药性和医药资源的浪费，促进临床的合理用药，有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in reasonably using the antibiotics to cure the pulmonary infection of the elderly. Methods: Based on the characters of the pulmonary infection of the elderly and the peculiarities of the pathogens and the reasonable selection of antibiotic, the positive role, which the clinical pharmacists should play in this field, was elaborated. Results:The efficacy of treatment of the patients with pulmonary infection was improved with the help of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can play important role in reducing waste of medical resource and drug resistance of bacteria, as well as in promoting rational drug use. |
