氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变

目的：探讨氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：对56例82眼糖尿病性视网膜病变患者用氩激光行全视网膜光凝治疗及黄斑格珊样光凝，其中非增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变53眼，增殖型糖尿病性视网膜病变29眼，激光治疗黄斑区为氩绿光，周边则为蓝绿混合光。治疗后3个月作FFA检查，并查视力、眼底情况，随诊3个月至12个月。结果：治疗后视力提高30眼(36.58％)，不变41眼(50.0％)，下降11眼(13.41％)，黄斑水肿消退40眼(76.90％)，总有效率为86.58％。结论：氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变是一种有效的治疗方法。早期治疗效果较好。

Argon Laser Coagulation for Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of argon laser on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: The retinal photocoagulation and macular vague photocoagulation were performed by the argon laser in 56 cases(53 eyes with NPDR and 29 eyes with PDR,82 eyes in all)with diabetic retinopathy. The green laser and blue-green laser performed macular region and panretina area respectively. The FFA,visual acuity and fundus conditions were examined after 3 months treatment and followed up for 3 to 12 months.Results: 30 of 82 eyes (36.58%) had increase in visual acuity,41 eyes(50.0%) had no a change, and 11 eyes (13.41%) decreased. The macular edema was subsided in 40 eyes. The totally effective rate was 86.58%. Conclusions: The retinal photocoagulation with argon laser is an effective method to control the diabetic retinopathy,the better results will be obtained at the early period.
