导乐式陪伴分娩的临床研究

目的:探讨导乐式陪伴分娩方式对产程及分娩结果的影响,比较传统分娩方式和导乐式分娩的优劣.方法:随机选择有导乐陪伴分娩的产妇和采取传统分娩方式的产妇各150例,观察比较两组在分娩方式、产程时间、产后疼痛和出血情况以及新生儿Apgar评分等方面的差异.结果:与传统分娩方式相比,导乐式陪伴分娩可减少产程时间、减轻产后疼痛和出血、降低剖宫产率和新生儿窒息率.结论:导乐式陪伴分娩能使产妇在分娩过程中保持更佳的生理和心理状态,值得临床推广应用.

The clinical research of doula parturition

Objective To investigate the influence of Doula parturition on the labor and result of delivery and to compare the advantages between the traditional parturition and Doula parturition.Methods 300 primiparas were divided into two groups on average:the Doula group and the traditional group.Then the variability between the two groups was evaluated on the partal approach,labor time,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar's score,etc.Results to compare with the traditional parturition,Doula parturition could effictively reduce the laber time and decrease the uterine-incision delivery and neonatal asphyxiation rate.It could also relieve the postpartum ache and hemorrhage remarkably.Conclusion The Doula parturition can remain parturients in favorable physiological and mental state,so it is deserved to spread in the clinical work.
