| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉联合辛伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将发病3d内并有肢体运动功能障碍的脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（48例）,对患者的神经功能缺损程度进行治疗前后的对照评价。结果在常规治疗基础上,加用依达拉奉联合辛伐他汀治疗的急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分、病残程度较常规治疗明显改善（P〈0.05）,无任何不良反应。结论依达拉奉联合辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者有较好疗效,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of simvastatin and edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Patients with cerebral infarction within 3 days of onset and motor dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（48 cases）.The neurological deficits before and after treatment to evaluate the control were observed.Results The results of conventional treatment on the basis of edaravone plus simvastatin co-therapy in patients with acute cerebral neurological deficit scores,invalidity than conventional therapy significantly improved（P0.05）,without any adverse reactions.Conclusion Edaravone joint effect of simvastatin on the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction have better efficacy,worthy to be popularized. |
