袋形缝合术治疗肛瘘20例临床观察

目的：观察低位肛瘘瘘管切除创面袋形缝合术治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法：治疗组20例采用瘘管切除创面袋形缝合术治疗，对照组20例采用传统的肛瘘切除创面敞开术治疗。结果：两组术后创面愈合时间比较，P〈0．05；两组术后出血、愈合疤痕面积比较差异有统计学意义；但两组术后疼痛程度和术后肛门功能恢复情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组术后近期疗效和远期疗效比较差异也无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：低位肛瘘袋形缝合术是治疗低位肛瘘的合理术式。

Clinical Observation On 20 Cases of Anal Fistula Treated by Marsupialization

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on low - set anal fistula treated by marsupialization after fist ablation. Method ： ：20 cases in the treatment group were treated by marsupialization after fist ablation and 20 cases in the control group treated by raw surface exposure after fist ablation. Results ： The healing time of raw surface after operation in the treatment group was significant as compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of bleeding and healing car areas after operation had statistical significance, but the difference of pain degree , recovery of anal function, curative and prostecdtive effect after operation had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Low - set fistula marsupialization was reasonable operation for treating low - set anal fistula.
