HBVe抗原抗体系统与丁型肝炎病毒感染的关系研究

The relationship between e antigen-antibody system of HBV and HDV infections

Objective To study on the relationship between e aitigen-antibody system of HBV and HDV infections. Methods HDV serum markers were detected in 667 cases of patients with positive HBsAg. These cases were divided into three groups according to the e antigen-antibody system. The detective rates of HDV marker were compared among these three groups.Results HDV incidence of these groups of patients was 6.4% (43/667).The detective rates of HBeAg positive group, anti-HBe positive group and both negative group were 5.3% (11/206), 10.9% (26/237) and 2.3%(6/255) respectively. The detective rate of anti-HBe positive group was significantly higher than those of the rest two groups ( P <0 01). The transversion of HBV from HBeAg to anti-HBe was accompanied with the transversion of HDV from HDAg to anti-HD.Conclusion HDV infection might promote the transversion of anti-HBe when HBV infection patients were superinfected by HDV. HBV might interfere in the replication of HDV simulataneously.
