儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎相关因素分析及治疗观察

目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜肾炎影响临床和预后的相关因素。方法选择过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿81例,分析其临床表现、临床分型、病理分级等。根据患儿临床分型和病理分级给予不同治疗方案。分析其临床分型、预后与病理分级的相关性。结果临床分型和病理分级相关性经统计学分析,Qmh值=25.1436,P<0.05,提示临床分型与病理分级之间有相关性。预后和病理分级经统计学分析,Qmh值=62.1978,P<0.05,提示预后与病理分级之间有相关性。结论过敏性紫瘫性肾炎临床分型与病理分级有相关性,临床表现越重,则肾损害程度也相对越重。过敏性紫瘫性肾炎病理分级与预后有相关性,病理损害越严重,预后不良的危险性就越大。

The Related Factor Analysis and Observation of Treatment on Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis

Objective To explore the effects of clinic and prognosis of henoch schonlein purpura nephritis in children.Methods 81 children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis selected,the clinical manifestations,clinical classification,pathologic grade.the different therapy was used to the children according the clinical classification and pathologic grade.the relation between pathologic grade and clinical classification and prognosis.Results Throug the statistical analysis,the value of Qmh was 25.1436,P0.05,there was correlation between clinical classification and pathologic grade.Throug the statistical analysis,the value of Qmh was 62.1978,P0.05,there was correlation between prognosis and pathologic grade.Conclusions There may be correlation between clinical classification and pathologic grade,and the clinical manifestations is more severe,and the renal impairment is more serious;There may be correlation between prognosis and pathologic grade,and the renal impairment is more serious,the prognosis is more poor.
