胃溃疡的中医疗效初探

目的观察中医药治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院自2006年1月至2009年6月收治的126例胃溃疡患者随机分为观察组（中医药治疗组）和对照组（常规西药治疗组）各63例,治疗周期均为8周,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治愈28例,显效25例,总有效率为84.1%;对照组治愈11例,显效29例,总有效率为63.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组在治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。对两组患者进行为期6个月的随访,观察组复发3例（复发率为4.8%）,对照组复发14例（复发率为22.2%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中医药治疗胃溃疡效果理想且复发率低,可以作为治疗胃溃疡的主要方法使用。

Clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer
