妊娠并发皮质盲的诊治

目的：探讨妊娠并发皮质盲的病因，临床特征，诊治方法与子痫的关系。方法：分析近10年6例妊娠并发质盲病人的临床资料和结局。结果：6例母婴预后好，抢救治疗后均行剖宫产终止妊娠，3例晚期妊娠并发皮质盲，无妊高征症状，分娩后头痛等立即消失，视力1个月内恢复，另3例中、重度九高征并发皮质盲者，全身症状重，妊高征症状于分娩后1个月恢复，视力6个月恢复。6例新生儿随访3年，体重、智力，视力与正常儿相同。结论：妊娠并发皮质盲可发生于正常妊娠和妊高征病人，治疗方法与重度妊高征，子痫相似，及时诊治和适时分娩是抢救成功的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy Complicated with Cerebral Blind

To explore the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment methods for pregnancy complicated with cortex cerebral blind. Methods: Data of 6 patients with pregnancy complicated with cortex cerebral blind in the last 10 years were analyzed. Results: The prognosis of mother and newborn were good in 6 cases with pregnancy complicated with cortex cerebral blind prognosis who underwent caesarean operation. Three cases with late pregnancy complicated with cortex cerebral blind had a slight systemic symptom, headache disappeared immediately after delivery, and visual acuity recovered in one month. Three cases with middle and serious hypertension syndrome complicated with cortex cerebral blind had serious systemic symptom. After delivered, symptoms of hypertension syndromes recurred in one month, and visual acuity recovered in 6 month. Six newborns were visited for 3 years, and the weight, intellection, and eyesight were the same as that of normal children. Conclusions: Pregnancy complicated with cortex cerebral blind may occur in normal and serious pregnant hypertension syndrome patients, and the treatment is similar. Timing diagnosis and ending delivery are important.
