58例染色体多态性与不良临床生殖效应关系的探讨

目的：研究染色体多态性与不良临床生殖效应之间的关系。方法：常规外周血淋巴细胞培养，制片，G、C、N显带，核型分析。结果：2660例病人中检出染色体变异141例，其中多态性变异为58例，分别包括D、G组短臂或随体区延长15例，占10．6％；次缢痕增加（包括1、9和16号染色体）9例，占6．4％；9号染色体臂间倒位24例，占17．0％；Y染色体变异10例，占7．1％。结论：染色体多态性与不良临床生殖效应有关联。

Study on the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and abnormal reproductive effect in 58 cases

Objective： To study the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and the abnormal reproductive effect. Methods： The peripheral blood lymphocytes of the patients were cultured routinely ofkarotype analysis with G,C and N banding. Results： There were 141 cases with chromosome variation in 2660 patients.58 cases with chromosome polymorphism,including 15 cases （10.6%） with the short arm lengthened of chromosome D/G group, 9 cases （6.4%） with the SC region lengthened of chromosome 1,9 and 16, 24 cases （17.0%） with inv（9） and 10 cases （7.1%） with Y chromosome polymorphism were observed. Conclusion： Chromosome polymorphism is related to the abnormal reproductive effect.
