摘    要:目的:通过测定高血压病(EH)患者与正常人血清晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)及尿微量白蛋白(mALB)的水平,探讨AGEs与EH及其早期肾功能损害的关系,为高血压发病机制及其早期肾功能损害防治研究提供理论依据。方法:筛选EH患者100例,其中EH mALB正常组42例,EH mALB异常组58例。所有入选者分别用放免法、ELISA法测晨尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、AGEs水平。结果:与对照组比较,EH mALB正常组、EH mALB异常组血清AGEs显著增高(P<0.001);与EHmALB正常组比较,EHmALB异常组血清AGEs显著增高(P<0.001)。相关分析AGEs与SBP、PP、mALB之间有显著的正相关性(r=0.448-0.687,P<0.001);mALB与SBP、PP之间有显著的正相关性(r=0.271-0.354,P<0.001)。结论:AGEs、SBP共同参与高血压病肾脏功能的损害,SBP随AGEs水平升高而增高。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study is, by measuring the serum levels of AGEs and urine microalbumin (mALB) in both hypertensive patients and healthy people to probe the relationship of AGEs, EH and the early renal damage of EH and to provide some theory base of the pathogenesis of EH and the prevention and treatment of early renal damage in EH. Methods 100 EH patients (42 cases with normal mALB level, and 58 cases with higher rnALB level) were selected as EH group, and 41 healthy people were as normal control group. There was no statistical significance difference in age, sex, blood glucose, blood lipids, creatinine among these three groups. Radioinanunoassay(RIA) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) test were used to detect the mALB level in the morning urine and the serum AGEs level in all objects. Results Compared with the control group, the serum AGEs level in EH patients (both in normal mALB group and abnormal mALB group) was significantly higher( P 〈 0.001) ; and the senna AGEs level in EH abnormal mALB group was markedly higher than that in EH normal mALB group( P 〈 0.001). Linear correlation analysis showed AGEs concentration was notably positive correlated with SBP, PP and mALB (r= 0.448-0.687, P 〈 0.001) ; mALB coneentmtion was significantly positive correlated with SBP, PP(r= 0.271-0.354, P 〈 0.001). Conclusions AGEs, SBP participated in the process of hypertensive renal damage. AGEs and SBP, PP had a significant positive correlation. SBP increased as AGEs level increased.
