| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同种器官移植术后毛霉菌感染的诊断和治疗。方法通过检索Medline、CNKI文献，分析我院3例患者临床资料，对其症状、诊断以及治疗进行总结报道。结果毛霉菌感染临床表现不典型。由于处理方式的差异，预后差别较大。结论移植术后毛霉菌感染的发生率极低，但结局险恶。及早外科干预、选择适当的抗真菌药物治疗对患者的预后起决定性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the treatments of 3 cases of mucor infection after transplantation procedure and explore the diagnosis and treatment after literatuse review.Methods Symptoms,diagnoses and treatments of mucor infection after transplantation were summarized by combing the similar experience in 3 cases undergoing transplantation and the related literatures retrieved from Medline and CNKI search systems.Results There were few similar cases reported in the literature and the signs of Mucor infection were not typical.The prognoses were different greatly because of the different treatments.Conclusion Mucor infection after allogenic transplantation is a rare complication,but the outcome is unfavorable.Early surgical intervention and proper anti-fungous drugs are of great significance for the patients' prognoses. |
