| 摘 要： | 目的测定CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1及CA125等血清肿瘤标记物的水平,研究其在肺癌临床诊断中的意义。方法对肺癌组、肺部良性病组及正常对照组血清肿瘤标志物进行电化学发光法分析,测定其浓度。结果肺癌组血清所有肿瘤标志物含量均高于肺部良性疾病组和正常对照组;CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1在血清中的水平分别在腺癌、小细胞肺癌、鳞癌中最高。4种肿瘤标志物单独检测灵敏度不高,联合检测灵敏度大为提高。结论 CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1及CA125对肺癌有一定的辅助诊断价值,联合检测可提高对肺癌诊断的灵敏度。
