| 摘 要： | Since1978,we have repaired and reconstructed 17 patients of largeor whole tongue defects following surgical treatment of tonguecancer successively using four sorts of flaps,deltopectonal,forehead,free forearm and pectoralis major myocutaneous,so as to restorethe shape and functions of the tongue.The results are satisfactory.Methods of using the four different flaps are discribed and theiradvantages and disadvantages are discussed in this article.
