中医辨证结合西药治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效观察

目的：观察中医辨证结合西药治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法：６８例患者随机分为２组，观察组３６例，以中医辨证结合西药治疗；对照组３２例，单纯以西药治疗；观察２组治疗前及治疗３个月后、６个月后血清白蛋白、血沉、补体Ｃ＿３　、血肌酐、血及尿β２－ＭＧ、２４ｈ尿蛋白定量的变化及２组不良反应发生率的差异。结果：观察组与对照组疗效相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；观察组和对照组治疗３个月后比较，血、尿观察指标除血沉外，其余有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗６个月后比较，血、尿观察指标除血清白蛋白外，其余有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）；观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为３３％和５６％，２组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中医辨证结合西药较单纯西药治疗狼疮性肾炎具有明显的疗效。

Clinical Observation on Lupus Nephritis Treated Through TCM Symptoms and Sign Differentiation and Administration of Western Medicine

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect on lupus nephritis treated through TCM symptoms and sign diffe-rentiation and administration of Western medicine.Methods:68cases of lupus nephritis were randomly divided into two groups.The36cases in the observation group were given TCMsymptoms and sign differentiation and then treated by admin-istration of Western medicine.The32case in the control group was treated only by Western medicine.Observations were made for the two groups to check the changes in serum albumin，blood sedimentation，ESR，C 3 ，blood creatinine，β2-MG of blood and urine and quantitative urinary protein in24hours and the difference in incidence of adverse reaction before and after3and6months'treatment.Results:There was a significant difference in curative effects in the2groups.（P<0.01）.The adverse reaction incidence rate was33%in the observation group and56%in the control group，with the obvious difference in the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Better curative effects can be achieved for lupus nephritis with TCM symptoms and sign diagnosis first and administration of Western medicine than only treated with Western medicine.
