婴儿晚发性维生素K缺乏症14例

本文报道了14例婴儿晚发性维生素K(Vit K)缺乏症。患儿以母乳喂养,出生2周～3月为多,临床特点为突然自发性出血、贫血和颅高压症。其中6例头颅CT证实颅内出血,3例实验室检查证实亚临床型胆汁淤积症(2例发病年龄稍大),提示原发性疾病在Vit K缺乏症中的意义,尤其是发病年龄稍大的患儿。文章还简述了当前国外预防Vit K缺乏症的有关论点,指出了口服vit K预防的必要性与可行性。

14 Case of Late-onset Vitamin K Deficiency in Infants

14 cases of late-onset viatamin K deficiency in infants were reported,usually with breast-fed and occur in the age of 2 weeks to 3 months.Sudden spontaneous bleeding,anemia and intracranical hy- pertension were the clinical features.Intracranical hemorrhage proved by CT scan in 6 infants.3 cases showed subclincal cholostasis by laboratory data.These suggest that an underlying disorder is impor- tance for the onset of in vitamin K deficiency,especially for the elder.It also show the recent view of prophylaxis of viatamin K deficiency in abroad,and point out the necessity and availability of oral ad- ministration of viatamin K for the prophylaxis of this disorder.
