| 摘 要： | 对90例慢性肾小球疾病病人(慢性肾炎56例、慢性肾功能衰竭34例)及16例终末期肾衰病人腹膜透析治疗前后进行体感诱发电位、脑干听觉诱发电位及视觉诱发电位的同步监测。慢性肾炎尤其慢性肾功能衰竭时,体感、听觉及视觉诱发电位诸波潜伏期均较正常对照组显著延长(P<0.05～0.01),其异常程度与肾功能密切相关,经腹膜透析治疗后,肾衰病人诱发电位异常随肾功能改善可有不同程度的好转。诱发电位综合检查可作为早期发现肾小球疾病病人神经系统异常的灵敏指标。

| Abstract: | Parameters of renal function,somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs),brain-stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEPs),and visual evok-ed potentials(VEPs)were measured synchronously in 90 cases of chronicglomerular nephropathy patients(including 56 cases of chronic glomerularnephritis and 34 cases of chronic renal failure).Prolonged latencies of SEPs,BAEPs,and VEPs were generally noticed in chronic glomerular nephropa-thies,esp.in chronic renal failure.Abnormal evoked potentials might beimproved after peritoneal dialysis in renal failure patients.The SEP N3pland BAEP V pl were negatively correlated with hemoglobin level and plasmaalbumine level respectively.The incidence of SEP(N3)abnormalities andthe VEP P100 pl were proportional to BUN and blood creatinine levels inCRF patients.Multiple evoked potentials measurement might be consideredas a sensitive approach in early diagnosis of neuropathies in chronic glo-merular nephropathies. |
