强迫症患者童年创伤与应对方式及自动思维的关系

目的探讨强迫症患者童年创伤与应对方式及自动思维的关系。方法将59例强迫症患者设为研究组，同期抽取57名健康者设为对照组，对两组采用童年创伤问卷、简易应对方式问卷和自动思维问卷进行测评分析。结果合并样本显示，被试童年创伤问卷总分与自动思维问卷评分呈显著正相关（P〈0．01），与简易应对方式问卷积极应对方式分呈显著负相关（P〈0．01），自动思维问卷评分与简易应对方式问卷积极应对因子分呈显著负相关（P〈0．01），中介效应检验分析发现，童年创伤通过负性自动思维间接影响积极应对方式（P〈0．01）。结论强迫症患者的童年创伤经历是其发病的危险因素，负性自动思维在童年创伤与积极的应对方式间起完全中介作用。

The relationship among childhood trauma, coping style and automatic thought in obsessive-compulsive disorder patients

Objective To explore The relationship among childhood trauma, coping style and automatic thought in obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD） patients. Methods Fifty-nine OCD patients were as- signed to research group and 57 healthy persons to control group, assessments conducted with the Child- hood Trauma Questionnaire （CTQ）, Simply Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ）and Automatic Thought Questionnaire （ATQ） in both groups. Results Merging sample showed that the total score of the CTQ was positively related to the score of the ATQ notably （P〈0.01）, negatively to actively coping score of the SCSQ （P〈0.01）, the ATQ score negatively to actively coping score （P〈0.01）, mesomeric effect test analyses found out that childhood trauma indirectly influence actively coping style through negative auto- matic thought （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Childhood trauma is the pathogenic risk factor of OCD patients, negative automatic thought plays a full mesomerie role between childhood trauma and positive copying style.
