噻托溴铵治疗COPD稳定期的疗效观察

目的探讨噻托溴铵治疗COPD稳定期的临床疗效。方法选取我院COPD稳定期的患者64例,分为观察组与对照组,各32例,观察组使用噻托溴铵治疗,对照组使用常规治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率,并比较治疗前后急性加重次数,治疗前和治疗后2周末、4周末、8周末、16周末、24周末的FEV1和FEV1/FVC的值。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.6%(29/32),不良反应发生率为6.3%(2/32),对照组治疗总有效率为68.8%(22/32),不良反应发生率为3.1%(1/32),两组治疗总有效率比较有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论噻托溴铵在治疗COPD稳定期的临床疗效显著,明显优于常规治疗。

Observation of curative effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable phase

Objective To explore and observe the clinical curative effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of COPD patients at stable phase. Methods 64 COPD patients at stable phase were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide, and the control group was given the conventional treatment. The curative effect and the incidence of complications were observed, and the value of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC was compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and 24 weeks after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.6% （29/32） and 68. 8% （22/32） and the incidence of complications was 6.3% （2/32） and 3. 1% （1/32） respectively in the observation group and in the control group. The total effective rate showed a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of COPD patients at stable phase.
