噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合痰热清治疗COPD的疗效观察

目的探讨噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合痰热清治疗COPD的疗效。方法选取我院收治的COPD急性加重期患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规疗法,观察组加用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂及痰热清。比较两组疗效、APACHE-Ⅱ评分及PaO2、PaCO2。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),对照组为77.78%(35/45)(P<0.05);治疗后两组A-PACHE-Ⅱ评分及PaO2、PaCO2均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组改善情况较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵粉吸入剂联合痰热清治疗COPD能迅速消除炎症,缓解症状,显著提高疗效。

Observation of curative effect of inhalation of tiotropium bromide powder combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the curative effect of tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 90 COPD patients at acute exacerbation stage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. All patients were given the conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation and Tanreqing additionally. The APACHE-II score and the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.56% （43/45） in the observation group and 77.78% （35/45） in the control group respectively （P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment, the APACHE- H score and the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 were better improved in the two groups （P 〈0.05） , and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with Tanreqing can quickly eliminate inflammation, relieve symptoms and improve the curative effect significantly in the treatment of COPD patients, which is worthy of widely clinical application.
