晚发精神分裂症与血液流变学相关性研究

目的探讨晚发精神分裂症与血液流变学的相关性。方法对46例晚发精神分裂症患者在常规应用抗精神药物治疗前及治疗6周末分别进行血液流变学检测，采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定精神症状，对血液流变学各项指标检测结果与阳性与阴性症状量表减分值进行相关分析。结果本组患者治疗前血液流变学检测血浆粘度、血沉、血沉方程K值、红细胞变形指数均高于正常值，红细胞聚集指数低于正常标准；治疗后阳性与阴性症状量表总分、各因子分及血液流变学检测各项指标均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05或0．01），且血液流变学变化与阳性与阴性症状量表减分值存在显著相关（R=0．85）。结论精神分裂症患者血液流变学各项指标均有不同程度的改变，检测患者血液流变学各项指标对临床诊断、治疗及预后评估具有指导意义。

Correlation between late schizophrenia and hemorheology

Objective To explore the correlation between late schizophrenia and hemorheology. Methods Hemorheology detections were conducted in 46 late schizophrenia patients on routine antipsychotic drugs before treatment and at the end of 6 week treatment, mental symptoms assessed with the Positive and Neg- ative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, and hemorheology detection results and score decrements of the PANSS correlatively analyzed. Results Before treatment patients＇ plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, K value of blood sedimentation equation and RBC deformation index were all higher and erythrocyte aggregation lower than normal value; after treatment the total and each factor score of the PANSS as we/ as each index of hemorheology lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P~0.05 or 0.01）, and hemo- rheology changes were notably related to score decrements of the PANSS （R=0.85）. Conclusion All in- dexes of hemorheology of schizophrenics have changes in different degrees, detecting each index of hemo- rheology has implications for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation.
