阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素和体质量的影响

目的探讨阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素和体质量的影响。方法将120例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组60例，阿立哌唑组口服阿立哌唑治疗，利培酮组口服利培酮治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗第8周末，分别检测血清催乳素及体质量，对测定结果进行对比分析。结果治疗8周末，阿立哌唑组血清催乳素水平及体质量与治疗前比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），利培酮组均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．01）；治疗前两组血清催乳素水平、体质量比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗8周末阿立哌唑组均显著低于利培酮组（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平和体质量的影响较小，更有利于提高患者的治疗依从性，可作为治疗女性精神分裂症患者的首选药物。

The influences of aripiprazole on serum prolactin and body mass of female schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of aripiprazole on serum prolactin and body mass of female schizophrenics. Methods A total of 120 female schizophrenics were randomized into two groups of 60 pa tients each, they took orally aripiprazole or risperidone for 8 weeks. Serum prolactin and body mass were detected at baseline and at the end of the 8th week, detecting results contrastively analyzed. Results At the end of the 8th week, serum prolactin and body mass had no notable changes in aripiprazole group （P〈 0.05） and significantly higher in risperidone group （P〈0.01） compared with pretreatment; serum prolac- tin and body mass had no notable differences between two groups （P〈0.05）, were significantly lower in aripiprazole than risperidone group at the end of the 8th week （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Aripiprazole has less influence on serum prolactin and body mass of female schizophrenics, is more beneficial to improving patients＇ treatment compliance, and could be used as drug of choice for female schizophrenics.
