生活事件对躯体化障碍患者心理状况的影响

目的探讨生活事件对躯体化障碍患者心理健康状况的影响，为早期预防和心理干预提供依据。方法将79例躯体化障碍患者设为研究组，同期抽取50名健康者设为对照组，对两组采用生活事件量表、症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果研究组症状自评量表除敌对因子分外，总均分和其他因子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）；生活事件量表总分及负性生活事件评分、家庭相关问题评分、社交及其他问题评分均显著高于对照组（P〈O．05或0．01）；生活事件量表总分和负性生活事件评分与症状自评量表总均分及各因子分呈显著正相关（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论躯体化障碍患者存在较多的应激事件和心理问题，负性生活事件对患者的心理健康状况影响较大。

Effects of life events on mental health status of patients with somatization disorder

Objective To explore the effects of life events on mental health status of patients with somati- zation disorders （SD） in order to provide basis for early prevention and mental intervention. Methods Seventy-nine SD were assigned to research group and simultaneously selected 50 healthy persons to control group, assessments conducted with the Life Event Scale （LES） and Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in both groups. Results The total and each factor score except hostility of the SCL-90 were obviously higher in research than control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ; the total, negative life event, family related problem, social activities and others score of the LES were obviously higher in research than control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ; the total and negative life event score of the LES were positively related to the total and each fac- tor score notably （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion SD patients have more stress events and psycho-prob- lems and negative life events do great effects on their mental health status.
