纠正营养缺乏治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染(RR I)患儿各类营养缺乏性疾病的患病情况,积极纠正营养缺乏对儿童RR I的治疗效果。方法:选择2004年8月~2006年8月,就诊于沙市区妇幼保健院的256例RR I患儿,随机分为A、B、C三组,同时给以抗感染、对症等基础治疗,其中A组患儿进行营养缺乏病.及治疗;B组患儿补充V it A;C组患儿仅基础治疗。并观察治疗后1年,患儿呼吸道感染发病情况,确定是否有效。结果:A组患儿经营养缺乏病纠正,呼吸道感染患病率显著降低,总有效率97.67%,B组患儿总有效率70.93%,C组患儿总有效率41.67%,组间比较差异具有非常显著性(P<0.005)。结论:RR I患儿同时伴有多种营养缺乏性疾病,纠正营养缺乏对治疗RR I疗效显著,值得临床推广及应用。小儿亚临床状态V it A缺乏较为普遍,但对RR I患儿仅补充V itA是不够全面的,有待进一步探讨。

Observing the effect of treatment on the children with RRI by rectifying nourishment lacks

Objective:Discussing the illness condition of all kinds of nourishment lack for the children with RRI and observing the effect of treatment by rectifying.Methods:256 children who received a medical treatment from 8,2004～8,2006 at Shashi District Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Jingzhou City were stochastically divided into three groups,giving in the meantime anti-infection,to disease foundation treatment.The children in group A were carried on the denutrition Sickness diagnosis and the treatment;supplements VA in group B;only foundations treatment in group C.And observing the trouble respiratory tract to infectarises the situation in the latter year,and determining whether effectively.Results:In group A,after the denutrition sickness correction,the incidence rate of respiratory tract infect reduced remarkably,the total effectiveness was 97.7%;the total effectiveness in group B was 68.5%;the total effectiveness in Group C was 41.7%.The comparison difference between groups were significance(P<0.005).Conclusion:The children with RRI in the meantime have various denutrition disease,rectifying nourishment treatment to RRI has curative effect,deserving clinical expansion and application.The children with lack VA are universal,but normally supplemented VA to the children with RRI is insufficient.
