加替沙星治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎

目的探讨加替沙星对慢性前列腺炎的治疗作用.方法选择慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者67例,均用第四代喹诺酮类药物加替沙星治疗1个月,选择国际前列腺炎症状评分标准(CPSI)和前列腺按摩液(EPS)指标变化来评价疗效.结果67例中总有效率82.0%.其中治愈率19.4%;显效率24.2%;有效率38.4%;无效率17.9%.结论加替沙星治疗慢性细菌性前列腺有较好疗效.

Gatifloxacin tablets In treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis

Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of gatifloxacin tablets in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis. Method] 67 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis have been treated with gatifloxacin tablets for three months the average age of the patients was 34 all the patients had not been treated with antibiotic in the last month. They were evaluated according to the CPSI and EPS examinations. Result] The curative rate was 19.4%; the remarkable effective rate 24.2% and the improving rate was 38.4%; the total effective rate being 82.0%; whereas the non effective rate was 17.9%. Conclusion] Gatifloxacin tablets has a effective therapy for chronic bacterial.
