三峡库区重庆段移民区肺吸虫病的血清流行病学研究

目的：了解三峡库区重庆段移民区移民人群肺吸虫病的隐性感染状况。方法：现场流行病学调查和血清流行病学研究。采用ELISA检测移民人群血清肺吸虫IgG抗体。结果：在3个移民区发现肺吸虫IgG抗体阳性，即奉节县万胜乡、康乐镇和巫山县培石镇，阳性率分别为21.43%、16.67%和25.85%。结论：在三峡库区重庆段移民区移民人群的肺吸虫病的隐性感染是存在的，且感染率较高，为21.96%，采取措施预防肺吸虫病的流行是必要的。

Seroepidemiologic investigation on paragonimiasis at migration areas of the Three-Gorge Reservoir Chongqing Region of Yangtze River

Objective To ascertain inapparent infection status of paragonimiasis among the migrants from the Three Gorge Reservoir Chongqing Region. Methods Epidemiological survey on the spot and seroepidemiologic study were performed. Serum IgG antibodies against paragonimus of the migrants were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Three migration areas were serum paragonimus-IgG-antibody positive, i.e., Wansheng Village, Kangle Town of Fengjie County and Peishi Town of Wushan County. The positive rates of paragonimiasis IgG antibody were 21.43%, 16.67% and 25.85% respectively. Conclusion Covert infection of paragonimiasis is confirmed to be common among the migrants from the Three Gorge Reservoir Chongqing Region. The inapparant infection rate of paragonimiasis is high. Therefore, it's very necessary to prevent the epidemic breakout by taking some measurements.
