脾血管及脾叶、段的应用解剖学研究

摘    要:脾脏作为人体最大的周围淋巴器官 ,其对人体具有重要的免疫功能 ,故现代外科的观点是 :正常脾因外伤破裂或脾的良性病变 (如囊肿、脓肿、血管瘤等 ) ,应进行保留性脾切除术。随着外科学的发展 ,脾叶、脾段的相对独立性越来越被人们所认识。为了更好地开展此类手术 ,我们对 61例国人标本进行观测 ,调查了脾动脉的叶、段性分布 ,为保留性脾切除提供了良好的解剖学基础

Abstract:As the biggest peripheral lymhatic organ in human body, spleen plays an important role in immunological functions. So, from the views of modern surgery, rupture of spleen by trauma or benign pathological changes (such as cyst, abscess, angioma) of spleen shoule be dealed with reserved splenectomy. With the development of surgery, relative independence of splenic lobes and segments has gradually been recognized. In order to develop this operation better, the distributions of splenic arterial lobes and segments of 61 chinese specimens were investigated. This study might provides the anatomical bases for reserved splenectomy.
