BiPAP呼吸机联合硝普钠治疗高血压急性左心衰竭的临床分析

目的观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗高血压合并急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法49例老年高血压合并急性左心衰竭患者,常规治疗无效时加用经鼻（面）罩双水平气道正压通气治疗,准确记录治疗前后患者心率、血压及动脉血气等变化。结果49例患者治疗后心率、血压及动脉血气等指标明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,患者病情明显好转,有效率100%。结论应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗老年高血压合并急性左心衰竭安全有效。

The Clinical Analysis of nasal (facia1) mask Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation (BiPAP) in old patients with acute left heart failure associated with hypertension

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nasal (facia1) mask Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation (BiPAP) in old patients with acute left heart failure associated with hypertension. Methods 49 patients were treated by nasal (facial) BiPAP when the conventional treatment was not effective. The changes of heart rate, blood pressure and arterial blood gas were recorded accurately before and after the treatment. Results The heart rate, blood pressure, arterial blood gas and clinical symptoms of 49 patients had been improved significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The efficacy was 100%. Condusions The use of BiPAP mechanical ventilation with nitroprusside therapy acute left heart failure associated with hypertension is safe, effective.
