摘    要:脊柱三维运动的测量是分析脊柱三维运动的基础。由电子计算机三维立体视觉模型建立的脊柱三维测量系统,在椎骨上设置有三个不共线标志的标尺,由互相成角度的两个摄像机将标尺运动的图像输入计算机图像处理系统,通过对标志点的识别、定位,分析脊柱节段的三维运动。

Abstract:A measuring system with the model of three-dimensional stereovision was developed, which was used to analyse three-dimensional motions of spine. The scales with least three nonlinear marks were fixed to each vertebral body. Theimages of spinal movements taken by two angled video cameras were put into the computer image processing system. The threedimensional movements of spine were determined following,discerning and locating the marks. The effects of graded facetectomies and resection of nucleus puloosus of intervertebral disc(RNPD) on the stability of lumbar spine were analysed. The results siowed that range of motion in flexion,extension and axial rotation was increased significantally following unilateral total facetectomy and RNPD, indicating instability of the segment.Author's address(Clinical Antomy and Biomechanics of PLA, the First Military Medical University,Guangzhou, Guangdong, 510515)
