SPECT诊断脊柱转移瘤65例分析

应用单光子发射计算机断层扫描（ＳＰＥＣＴ）确诊的６５例脊柱转移瘤结果表明，最常见的骨转移瘤部位是腰椎，３０例（４６．１％）；依次为胸椎２２例（３３．８％）；颈椎９例（１３．８％）；骶椎４例（６．１％），多椎体骨转移瘤５９例（９０．８％），单椎体骨转移瘤６例（９．２％）。脊柱转移瘤中转移灶除１例为＂冷区＂显像外，其余转移灶均为＂热区＂显像。ＳＰＥＣＴ是一种有较高灵敏度的检查方法，对脊柱转移瘤的诊断可早于Ｘ线照片，检出转移灶的数目也优于Ｘ线照片及ＣＴ，其对疗效的观察和预后判断亦有价值。

Diagnosis of spinal metastatic tumors by single photo emission computerized tomography in 65 cases

Diagnosis of 65 cases spinal metastatic tumors by means of single photo emission computerized tomography(SPECT) showed that the most common metastatic position was found in the vertebral of lumbar spine,30 cases(46.1%),the vertebral of the thoracic spine,22 cases(33.8%) and 9 cases(13.8%) in the vertebral of the cervical spine.The metastatic tumors of multi-vertebral body were 59 cases(90.8%) while those of single vertebral body were 6 cases(9.2%).Among the tumors,all of the metastasis were discovered in "hot area" except one which was in "cold area". Diagnosis of vertebral metastatic tumors by SPECT is quicker and easier than X-ray film,and also better exposing than X-ray film and CT scanning.Therefore,diagnosing vertebral metastatic tumors, observing and prognosing the curative effect by SPECT is of high sensitivity and value.Author's address(The 4th Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College,Shijiazhuang ,Hebei,050011)
