术前实施心理干预对乳腺肿瘤患者的影响

目的探讨心理干预对缓解乳腺肿瘤手术患者术前应激反应的效果。方法将120例接受手术治疗的乳腺肿瘤患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组60例，干预组分别在术前、术晨入手术间至麻醉前进行心理干预；对照组除了不接受心理干预，其余护理措施与干预组相同。分别在不同时段测定两组术前焦虑值、应激的心理效应指标（如收缩压、心率等），并进行术后满意度调查。结果两组术前访视时各心理效应指标无明显差异，而术晨人手术间和麻醉前干预组各心理效应指标明显优于对照组，术后回访满意度显著高于对照组。结论手术室护士术前对乳腺肿瘤患者实施心理干预，特别在术晨人手术间至麻醉前这一时段，可有效缓解术前心理应激反应，对保障手术顺利进行，促进患者身心康复有积极意义。

Evaluation of effect of Psychological Intervention on Patients with Breast Cancer before Operation

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in relieving the stress reaction on patients with breast cancer before operation.Method One hundred and twenty cases of breast cancer receiving operation were divided randomly into intervention group(n=60) and control group(n=60). Psychological intervention was carried out in the intervention group by nurses of operating room at one day before the operation and during the period between adoption by operatingroom and anaesthesia, and the control group received routine nursing. The heart rate, systolic pressure, anxiety degrre and gratification rate were measured and noted. Results The heart rate, systolic pressure and anxiety degree before anaesthesia and operation in the intervention group were sygnificantly lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05). The gratification rate after operation of the intervention group was markedly higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05)Conclusion In the patients with mammary cancer, psychological intervention performed by nurses of operating room can relieve their stress response. Especially intervention right before anaesthesia and operation could ensure the operation proceed smoothly and be beneficial to promote restoration in the patients.
