| 摘 要： | 目的研究氯苯扎利二钠片剂的处方。方法对不同处方压制成片剂的外观、崩解度进行了研究;利用分光光度法对其主药含量及溶出度进行了测定。结果R2、R3处方制备的氯苯扎利二钠片剂品质符合要求。结论R3处方制备的氯苯扎利二钠片剂有较好的溶出度,且价格切实可行,适合工业生产。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Research the best composition proportion of Lobenzarit Disodium tablets.METHODS The appearance and the disintegration degree of the tablets were studied.The main contents extracted and the dissolution degree were determined by spectrophotography.RESULTS The qualities of the lobenzarit disodium that were prepared by the dosage forms of R_2 and R_3 were fine.CONCLUSION The best dissolution degree of the tablets is from the dosage form of R_3.This dosage form is inexpensive and suit for industrial production. |
