耻骨后保留后尿道前列腺切除术（附44例报告）

本文讨论了４４例采用耻骨后尿道外前列腺切除。该术式保护了前列腺部尿道及膀胱颈不受损伤，维持了后尿道和侨脱颈的完整性，前列腺窝创面渗血不流进膀胱、膀胱内尿液不流入创面。术后尿道留置尿管时间短、病人恢复快。作者认为：本术式需有耻骨后前列腺切除操作基础。膀胱颈后唇抬高或尿道嵴肥厚、膀胱肿瘤、膀胱结石者不宜采用本术式。

Retropubic Extraurethral Prostatectomy in the Patient of BPHReport of 44 Cases)

cases with BPH underwent the extraurethral prostatectomy.In the prostatec tomy the adenomatous tissue was removed from outside the urothra.The bladder neck and pro static urethra have been preserved integraly.The advantage of this approach is that the urinary tract is never entered so urine can not leak out and blood from the operative site flow in.In post operation the cathcter may be removed at 4～7 days.The patients bave recovered in the short term.This operative technique requires the foundation of the Millin prostatectomy.The bladder neoplasma and stone can not use this technique.
