2013年莒县中学生艾滋病防治知识知晓状况调查及干预研究

目的了解莒县中学生艾滋病防治知识知晓情况和行为干预效果。方法在莒县选择10所中学,运用结构式问卷对1834名初二和高二年级学生进行调查和健康教育行为干预。结果莒县中学生干预前艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为62.10%,城区（64.97%）高于乡镇（57.75%）（P〈0.01）;高二年级学生（66.56%）高于初二年级学生（57.34%）（P〈0.01）;男生（64.89%）高于女生（58.66%）（P〈0.01）。其中对传播途径、非传播途径和预防知识的知晓率分别为64.45%、55.78%和65.27%。获取知识途径的前3位依次为电视（76.83%）、网络（70.17%）、宣传材料（68.70%）。干预后中学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率（76.29%）高于干预前（62.10%）（P〈0.01）。结论莒县中学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率偏低。相关部门应进一步加强对中学生艾滋病相关知识的健康教育,以初中生、女生和农村中学生为重点,加大艾滋病相关知识的宣传教育力度,提高中学生对艾滋病相关知识的了解。

Survey and Intervention Study on the Awareness of AIDS Related Knowledge Among High School Students,Jv County, 2013

Objective To understand the awareness on AIDS related knowledge and intervention effect among high school students in Jv county. Methods The structured questiormaire survey was conducted among 1834 students from 8th and 11th grades in ten schools across the county. Results The percentage of the high school students who had adequate knowledge about AIDS was 62.10% in general,with urban area （64.97%） higher than the villages and towns （57.75%） （ P 〈0.01）,the llth grade students （66.56%） higher than the 8th grade students （57.34%） （ P %0.01）,and boys （64.89%） higher than girls （64.89%） （P 〈0.01）. As to the routes of transmission,the non-transmission routes and prevention knowledge, the rate was 64.45 %, 55.78% and 65.27% respectively. The top three main accesses to AIDS related knowledge were TV （76.83%）, internet （70.17 %） and publicity materials （ 68.70 %）. After the Intervention, the percentage of the high school students who had adequate knowledge about AIDS was 76.29% higher than the former 62.10%. Conclusion The percentage of the high school students who have adequate knowledge about HIV/AIDS is relatively low. The relevant authorities should enhance the publicity and education on AIDS related knowledge,with the female students and rural middle school students as the main objects,to improve the students＇ knowledge of AIDS.
