2011～2013年福建省艾滋病自愿咨询检测者特征分析

目的了解福建省艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群特征及检测结果,以便更好地指导VCT工作开展。方法对2011~2013年福建省疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊就诊者的基本信息及检测结果进行分析。结果 2011~2013年合计2 195人接受VCT服务,其中男性占84.73%,女性占15.27%;20~45岁占91.62%,大专及以上文化程度占57.63%;非婚异性性行为者占54.85%,男男性行为者占22.60%。HIV抗体阳性检出率为7.12%,男男性行为者、配偶/固定性伴阳性者、非婚异性性行为者阳性检出率分别为17.94%、13.04%、4.53%（P〈0.01）。结论求询原因以非婚异性性行为史和男男性行为史为主,男男性行为人群阳性检出率最高,是VCT工作需要重点关注的人群。

Analysis on Characteristics of People Receiving HIV Voluntary Counseling and Testing Services Fujian Province,2011-2013

Objective To understand the characteristics and the detection results among people receiving HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）services,and provide better guidance for VCT services in Fujian. Methods Retrospective data involving demographic and laboratory testing information among individuals who received services at the VCT clinic in Fujian from 2011 to 2013was collected and analyzed. Results In total 2 195 persons received VCT,and the male accounted for 84.73%,91.62% aged 20-45,College degree and above accounted for 57.63%;people who had non-marital heterosexual behavior and men who have sex with men（MSM）accounted for 54.85% and 22.60%respectively;The HIV positive rate was 7.12%in total VCT services,with MSM,the persons whose spouses or partners were HIV＋and people who had non-marital heterosexual behavior respectively 17.94%,13.04% and 4.53%（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The main reasons for seeking VCT services are non-marital heterosexual behavior and MSM behavior,MSM who have the highest HIV prevalence rate need to be focused on in VCT services.
