山东省两城市中低档女性性工作者性行为特征和安全套使用情况调查

目的了解中低档女性性工作者（FSW）人口学特征、性行为特征及安全套使用情况,为今后控制HIV的流行和开展行为干预提供依据。方法 2012年5~8月采用多级抽样方法,选择济南市历城区和德州市德城区中低档娱乐场所,对从业的FSW进行横断面问卷调查。结果收集有效问卷583份,年龄较小,文化程度较低,初中及以下占64.32%;14.08%发生过肛交行为,35.68%既有固定性伴又有熟客;413名有熟客的FSW在过去1年、最近1个月和最近1周安全套使用率分别为33.41%、49.88%和61.50%。多因素Logistic回归结果显示：在与熟客的性活动中,收费在51~200元的FSW安全套使用率高（OR=2.17,95%CI：1.39~3.69）。结论中低档FSW文化程度低,存在严重的高危性行为和较低的安全套使用率,特别是低档FSW,存在更严重的行为,需要真正挖掘到这些人群并开展有针对性的行为干预。

Survey on Behavior and Condom Use Among Femal Sex Workers in Low and Middle Places in Two Cities,Shandong Province

Objective To understand the demographic characteristics,sex behaviors and condom use among female sex workers,so as to provide scientific basis for HIV prevention and behavior intervention. Methods The method of multistage sampling was used to recruit subjects and selecting low and middle entertainment places to carry out a cross-sectional survey. Results Of the 583 participants,64.32% were junior high school or lower level,14.08% had anal sex,35.68%had both fixed sexual partner and regular sex partner.Of the 413 subjects who had regular sex partner,the rate of condom use was 33.41%,49.88% and 61.50% respectively in the past year,the last month and the latest week.Logistic regression analysis showed that FSWs who got 51-200 yuan RMB a deal with regular sex partner had higher rate of condom use（OR =2.17,95%CI ：1.39-3.69）. Conclusion FSWs who work in low and middle places have low levels of education,the serious high-risk behavior and lower rate of condom use are displayed in front of us.FSWs working in low-grade places are more vulnerable to the threat of AIDS/STD,so more targeted and effective intervention efforts should be timely and continuously focused on this group.
