可调整缝线在青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用

目的:探讨可调整缝线在青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用。方法:将68例75眼青光眼合并白内障患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组行超声乳化法+小梁切除术,观察组行超声乳化法+小梁切除+可调整缝线术治疗,术后随访3～12mo。结果:两组患者术后眼压比较无统计学意义,术后3mo随访,视力≥0.5观察组和对照组无统计学意义。而在随访6～12mo中观察组视力≥0.5明显多于对照组,具有统计学意义。术后3d对照组前房出现渗出物多于观察组,两者比较具有统计学意义。结论:青光眼白内障联合手术中应用可调整缝线能够减少前房渗出,降低眼压,在联合手术中起着重要的作用。

Application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy

AIM:To investigate the application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy.·METHODS: Sixty-eight patients (75 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into observation group (40 eyes) and control group(35 eyes). Observation group accepted phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,trabeculectomy and releasable suture;control group accepted phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantaion and trabeculectomy. All patients were followed up for 3-12 months postoperatively.·RESULTS: There was no statistical significance of the postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) between two groups.There was no marked difference of the postoperative early visual acuity between two groups.However,After 6-12 months follow-up,the visual acuity of observation group and control group occured statistical difference. And the effusion in anterior chamber of two groups occured statistical difference too.·CONCLUSION: Effusion in anterior chamber decreased,and IOP can be stepped down by application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabecule-ctomy.
