| 摘 要： | 通过对《伤寒论》条文、方证进行系统分析与综合,说明《伤寒论》中定量辨证思想贯穿于伤寒辨证论治体系的各个方面。对于单一病理因素的定量辨证相对简单,而两种以上病理因素的定量辨证则较为复杂,尤其是不同病理因素之间的轻重比重更是需要认真研究。重点从《伤寒论》定量辨证中对复合病性的定比思想进行初步探索。主要从对立病性之间的定量定比辨证和非对立病性之间的定量定比辨证两个方面来论述。通过分析学习《伤寒论》定量辨证中的定比思想,来提高临床辨证的精确性。并以此说明定量辨证中的定比思维具有重要的理论意义和临床意义。
