| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大肠癌并发急性肠梗阻一发除吻合的手术方法的合理性和安全性。方法：回顾分析采用一期切除吻合术治疗大肠癌并发急性肠梗阻32例的资料。结果：全组32例，右半结肠癌6例，左半结肠直肠癌26例。术后发生吻合口漏1例，占全组3．16％，占左半结肠直肠病例的3．85％。无手术死亡。结论：只要正确掌握手术适应证，术中做到“上空、口松、下通”正确吻合，并加强围手术期的治疗护理，一期切除吻合手术治疗并发急性肠梗阻的大肠癌是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the safety and suitableness of the single-stage resection and anastomosis of acute colon ob-stuction caused by colorectal cancer. Methods:Data of 32 above cases in our hospital from Jan. 1990 to Jun. 2000 were analysed retrospectively. Results: Total 32 patients include 6 cases of right colon cancer and 26 cases of left- retal colon cancer were received surgical treatment. Only one anastomosis leakage occured (3.16% in total 32 cases and 3.85% in left- retal colon cancer cases). No cases were dead. Conclusion: If only an indication is appropriate and suitable surgical treatment was made accompanyed by heavily therapy post-operatively, the single-stage resection and anastomosis may be safe and suitable. |
