| 摘 要： | 城乡卫生人力资源配置的不公平性，已经成为我国卫生事业发展中不可回避的现实问题。本文从政策评价的角度，回顾分析了政府有关政策的实施效果，并针对问题，提出一些对策思考。希望通过政策引导和制度保障，促进城乡卫生人力资源配置公平性，从而逐步缩小城乡卫生保健水平的差距。

This article reviewed relevant policy effect and proposed some suggestions so as to promote human resources distribution equity and reduce urban and rural health care disparity. |
