摘    要:目的调查市场海产品中汞的污染情况。方法利用氢化物冷原子吸收分光光度法。结果爬虾、海圣子、带鱼、鲅鱼、逛鱼中汞的含量较高,已接近汞污染的最低标准。结论大部分海产品的汞含量在安全范围以内,可放心食用,但是海产品的汞污染问题应当引起注意。

Abstract:Objective: To determinate the Hg content in seafood from the markets in Taian, and judge if the Hg content was beyond the level of national standard . Methods : The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was adopted to measure the Hg content in seafood . Results : The Hg content in some seafoods were higher which was close to the lowest national standard level of Hg pollution. Conclusion : The investigation shows that the majority of seafood is safe to eat , but we should pay more attention to the problem of Hg pollution in seafood.
