铅、镉、铬和锰对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞系统吞噬功能的影响

摘    要:应用小鼠碳粒廓清实验方法研究了铅、镉、铬和锰对单核-巨噬细胞系统(M-PS)吞噬功能的影响。结果显示,小鼠分别连续接触硝酸铅(96mg/kg)、硫酸镉(7mg/kg)和重铬酸钾(5mg/kg)5天后,血中胶体碳粒的廓清速率比对照组明显降低。说明铅、镉和铬对MPS的整体吞噬功能具有免疫毒性作用。

Abstract:Using the technique for measuring clearance rate of intravascular celleidal carbon, we studied the effects of lead, cadmium, chromate and manganese on the phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocytic system ( MPS ) in normal ICR strain mice.The results showed that in mice exposed to lead nitrate ( 96mg/kg ) , cadmium sulfat; ( 7mg/ kg ) , potassium bichromate ( 5mg/kg ) for 5 days, the clearance rata of intravascular colloidal carbon was decreased significantly as compared with control group. It suggested that Pb. Cd and Cr may inhibit the phagocytic activity of MPS.
