| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨声门上喉癌隐性颈淋巴结转移对预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析129例声门上喉癌的病例资料，分组统计预后。结果：声门上喉癌颈淋巴结转移组与隐性颈淋巴结转移组二者预后无差异；N0病例中有无隐性颈淋巴结转移两组预后差异显著。结论：声门上喉癌隐性颈淋巴结转移影响预后，对声门上型喉癌N0病例应考虑选用分区性颈清扫术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between occult cervical lymph node metastasis and prognosis in supraglottic carcinoma (SGC). Methods: One hundred and twenty-nine cases of supraglottic carcinoma were reviewed. All of the cases were followed up to analyze their prognosis. Reults: The prognosis between positive and occult cervical lymph node metastasis in SGC had no significant difference. In No Patients, however, there was significant difference between occult and negative cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Occult cervical lymph node metastasis could influence prognosis in SGC, thus selective neck dissection should be applied to N0 patients. |
