水合氯醛不同给药途径对不同年龄组患儿镇静效果的对比研究

目的:对比研究水合氯醛在检查治疗前,对不同年龄段患儿应用不同给药途径的镇静效果。方法:对417例需检查治疗的患儿,按年龄分为婴儿组117例,幼儿组158例,学龄前组142例,同组患儿随机给予口服或肛注10%水合氯醛,观察对比其镇静效果。结果:婴儿组口服给药镇静效果明显优于肛注法给药(P<0.01),幼儿及学龄前组肛注法给药镇静效果明显优于口服给药(P<0.01)。结论:应用10%水合氯醛镇静,婴儿宜选用口服法,幼儿及学龄前患儿宜选用肛注法给药。

Study on the calmative effects of chloral hydrate given by oraland clsis routes in children patients with different ages

Objective :Study on the calmative effects of chloral hydrate given by oral and clysis routes in children with different ages before examination and therapy. Methods: Before examination and therapy 417 Patients were divided into three groups: infants less than 1 years(117), little children 1-3years (158), and children before school age (142). Then they were randomly devided into oral group and clysis group. Result :By the comparison of the anesthetic effect of different routes, the calmative effects of oral routes were significantly better than those of clysis routes in the group of infants(P<0.01),while those of clysis routes were better than those of oral routes in the group of little children and children before school age(P<0.01). Conclusion :The result shows that using chloral hydrate to clam, orally in infant and clysis in little children and children before school age.
