脑室外引流及尿激酶灌注治疗重症脑室出血46例报告

目的探讨脑室外引流及尿激酶灌注治疗重症脑室出血的治疗效果。方法侧脑室额角穿刺引流数小时后行脑室内尿激酶灌注。结果生存35例,占76.1%;其中ADL级18例;ADL级13例;ADL级4例;ADL级1例;死亡11例,占23.9%。结论及时正确的脑室外引流及尿激酶脑室内灌注治疗重症脑室出血,能迅速引流脑室内积血,畅通脑脊液循环通路,降低颅内压,减轻积血对脑组织的压迫,有效提高生存质量,降低病死率。

Clinical research of the abidance conduction and urokinnase laving outside the ventricle on severe cerebral hemorrhage (a report of 46 cases)

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of the abidance conduction and urokinase laving outside the ventricle to treat severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Urokinase laving outside the ventricle was performed after the conduction for several hours from the frontal eminence of intracerebroventriculum. Results:35 cases survived(76.1%),of which 18 cases belonged to grade ADL Ⅰ ,ADLⅡ 13 cases,ADLⅢ4 cases and ADLⅣ1 case. And 11 cases died after the treatment(23.9%). Conclusion:The abidance conduction and urokinase laving outside the ventricle is an effective method for severe cerebral hemorrhage by draining the intraventricle hematocele,improving cerebrospinal fluid circuit and reducing intracranial pressure.And the method could relieve the compression of hematocele on brain tissue,improve the patients, life quality and decrease the death rate.
