动脉介入化疗联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌的临床疗效

目的:探讨动脉介入化疗联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌患者的治疗疗效及安全性评价,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:2011年11月—2013年7月进展期胃癌患者58例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各29例;对照组采取动脉介入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上术后第8天起给予替吉奥胶囊。疗效以每2个周期为一次评价标准。结果:治疗组治疗后RR(75.9%)显著高于对照组(48.3%)(P0.05),治疗组不良反应发生较对照组低,治疗组生活质量改善显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:动脉介入治疗联合替吉奥对进展期胃癌患者近期疗效显著,可明显改善患者生活质量,不良反应较低。

Arterial infusion chemotherapy for Gio clinical efficacy evaluation of advanced gastric cancer

Objective：To investigate arterial infusion therapy combined with Gio patients with advanced gastric cancer treatment efficacy and safety evaluation,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods：November 2011-July 2013 period in our hospital for treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer,58 cases were randomly randomly divided into treatment group （n=29） and control group （n=29）; control groups take artery intervention; treatment group were given from the first 8d Gio capsules in the control group on the basis of; efficacy with once every two cycles of evaluation criteria.Clinical comparison of baseline characteristics of the two groups were not significantly different （P＞ 0.05） analysis.Results：RR （75.9％） was significantly higher （48.3％）,and the treatment group after treatment,a significant difference （P＜0.05）; adverse reactions treated group than in the control group is low; treatment group was significantly superior improvement in quality of life control group,and there was a significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The arterial infusion therapy combined with Gio for short-term efficacy in patients with advanced gastric cancer significantly,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,lower adverse reactions have important clinical research value,can be widely applied.
