槲皮素干预实验性慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏SOD与LPO变化

目的：观察槲皮素防治动物实验性慢性肾衰的效果并初步探讨作用机理。方法：给实验大鼠饲以含腺嘌呤饲料2月造成慢性肾衰；干预组经口给予槲皮素（100mg／Kg·d×42d）治疗；按试剂盒指定方法测定SOD及LPO；测定羟脯氨酸以观察肾组织纤维化程度。结果：与肾衰对照组比较，干预组大鼠肾脏SOD显著升高（66．5u／mL±34．9u／mL或7．68Ku±2．98Ku／肾VS27．5u／mL±24．3u／mL或3．26Ku±2．63Ku），LPO亦显著增加（8．9nmol／mL±3．0nmol／mL或103．3nmol／mL±16．1nmoL／肾vs2．9nmoL／mL±1．2nmol／mL或39．2nmol／mL±17．5nmol／mL），肾组织纤维化显著减轻（平均每肾羟脯氨酸含量735．5μg±377．7μgvs1540．3μg ±358．9μg），肾组织细胞NF—κBP65丢失情况明显减轻。结论：槲皮素对大鼠实验性慢性肾衰具有显著防治作用。其作用可能与保护肾脏细胞及抗氧化作用，减轻细胞损伤有关。

Effects of Quercetin on Renal SOD and LPO Changes in Rats with Experimental Chronic Renal Failure
