槲皮素干预实验性慢性肾衰大鼠肾脏SOD与LPO变化

摘    要:目的:观察槲皮素防治动物实验性慢性肾衰的效果并初步探讨作用机理。方法:给实验大鼠饲以含腺嘌呤饲料2月造成慢性肾衰;干预组经口给予槲皮素(100mg/Kg·d×42d)治疗;按试剂盒指定方法测定SOD及LPO;测定羟脯氨酸以观察肾组织纤维化程度。结果:与肾衰对照组比较,干预组大鼠肾脏SOD显著升高(66.5u/mL±34.9u/mL或7.68Ku±2.98Ku/肾VS27.5u/mL±24.3u/mL或3.26Ku±2.63Ku),LPO亦显著增加(8.9nmol/mL±3.0nmol/mL或103.3nmol/mL±16.1nmoL/肾vs2.9nmoL/mL±1.2nmol/mL或39.2nmol/mL±17.5nmol/mL),肾组织纤维化显著减轻(平均每肾羟脯氨酸含量735.5μg±377.7μgvs1540.3μg ±358.9μg),肾组织细胞NF—κBP65丢失情况明显减轻。结论:槲皮素对大鼠实验性慢性肾衰具有显著防治作用。其作用可能与保护肾脏细胞及抗氧化作用,减轻细胞损伤有关。

Abstract:objective:The prevention and curing effects of Quercetin in rats with experimental chronic renal failure were observed and its mechanism was primarily studied.Methods:The rats in control and treating groups were fed with 0.75% adenine in feed for 2 month to be build up of chronic renal failure;and the quercetin were administered orally(100 mg/Kg/d) for 42 days to the rats in treating group,beginning at the 15th day.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxides(LPO) were determined with the methods design...
