| 摘 要： | 目的 :对久泻宁颗粒中挥发油的提取工艺进行优选。方法 :采用正交实验法 ,以提油量为指标 ,对浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量三种因素进行了研究。结果 :药材不浸泡 ,加 5倍量水提取 7h ,可提取较多的挥发油。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimine the extraction process of volative oil in Jiuxiening Granules. Methods: Soaking time,extraction time and the amount of water added were studied by the orthogonal test with the volatile oil's volume. Results: The more effectie way to extract volatile oil was effluent extraction with five times amount of water under reflux for seven hours. |
