摘    要:目的:通过调查掌握北京市市属福利机构护理人力资源状况,发现问题,提出建议。方法:采用问卷调查的方法进行分析研究。结果:调查显示北京市市属社会福利机构护理人力资源配置总量不足同时存在结构不合理的现象,增加了护理安全潜在的风险。结论:应当采取必要的行政手段使其得到迅速的解决,加快社会福利事业中护理学科的发展已迫在眉睫。

Abstract:Objectives:To find out the problems in nursing human resource arrange-ment in Beijing social welfare institutes and to bring forward suggestions. Method:An investigation was given by using a questionnaire. Results:There were two problems in nursing human resource arrangement in Beijing social welfare institutes:insufficient nursing human resource and unreasonable structure in arrangement,which increased the risks in nursing safety. Conclusion:Some political intervention should be given to resolve these two problems as soon as possible to speed the development of nursing in social welfare institutes.
